Provence-Alpes Côte d'Azur Region (PACA)

The PACA region is organised into 6 poles, including the Innovation - Economy - Training pole, to which the Directorate of Economy, Research, Innovation and Higher Education (DERIES) belongs.

This service pools the contact points for SME support and public sector research lab support.

The DERIES account managers are the contact points for co-financing by the PACA region of projects preselected during the FUI call for projects (see DGCIS) and the regional call for projects, the APRF.

SECA Assignment Managers are the appropriate contact points for AGIR+ funds (2011-2014), the innovative global regional action plan.

The SECA (Service for Energy, Climate and Air) is part of the Directorate for Sustainable Development within the PACA region Strategic Planning and Sustainable Development pole.

The SECA account managers are the specific contact points for AGIR+ (2011-2014) fund grants, from the suite of AGIR (Global regional innovation strategy) funds.

APRF 2013 (Call for Finalised Research Proposals): emergence of innovation projects from regional companies with less than 2000 employees and support for collaboration between businesses and the knowledge community (public sector research labs, higher education organisations, technology transfer institutes, technical centres) to promote new technologies, processes, or business models for companies.

JEREMIE PACA Fund: guarantee facility co-funded by the region and FEDER to inject EUR 121 M into regional businesses.

PACA Labs: Calls for proposals from the PACA region designed to support digital innovation in the region, in collaboration with end users.

PACA Investissement: Co-investment fund set up by the PACA region with financial support from FEDER, managed by Turenne Capital.

FREE support scheme (Regional Environment and Energy Financing) within the framework of the State-Region project contract (CPER), with, in particular the publication of the Construction Sector Support Criteria in 2013 to provide support for energy saving in the construction sector in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region.

AGIR actions: ACTION for sustainable building energy transition, ACTION for Local authorities energy transition, ACTION for renewable energies energy transition.

Calls for specific energy proposals (Photovoltaics 2013) or innovative services (SME Innovative services in Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur to reduce energy consumption of SMEs).
